Our story

Two perspectivesone clear process.

iHome Built grew from real estate, inspection, and construction roots into a remodeling company focused on helping Gulf Coast homeowners move from uncertainty to a clear plan. The company specializes in kitchen renovation and cabinetry-centered remodeling while also supporting full home updates, surfaces, flooring, lighting, and outdoor living spaces.

Our history matters because it shapes how we look at a home before we start changing it. We look closely, document carefully, explain conditions plainly, and help homeowners understand the decisions behind the finished result. A kitchen remodel is not only a set of beautiful surfaces. It is a sequence of layout decisions, cabinet decisions, trade decisions, permit signals, schedule expectations, and finish details that need to work together before construction begins.

Led by Igor Khudyy, Founder & CEO, and Alex Kondratyev, Chief Operations Manager, iHome Built brings two perspectives to the same goal: create a remodeling experience that is better planned, better communicated, and better executed.

Igor Khudyy

Igor brings more than 20 years of real estate and construction-related work experience, including home inspection, building department experience, plan review, permitting, contracting, construction oversight, and project management.

That background gives him a practical view of how homes are built, how projects are reviewed, and where remodeling scopes can become unclear. His role is to translate technical requirements into a homeowner-friendly plan, align expectations around budget and timeline, and make sure the proposal is detailed enough to guide the project before work begins.

Chief Operations Manager

Alex Kondratyev

Alex leads operations and field execution with extensive kitchen remodeling, cabinetry installation, team coordination, scheduling, and quality-control experience.

His background includes hands-on installation and managing crews with a high standard for installation quality and finish details. He brings an installer mindset to every project: how cabinets fit, how the work sequence should run, how trades need to coordinate, and how small details affect the final result homeowners see every day.
